Organizations
The Organizations of Vaia keep the city and outlying areas running as a well oiled machine. The logistics, upkeep, and general survival of the Forty-Two million beings of the city are handled by these Eight massive companies. From Twelve to Twelve being on nearly every corner with a hot, inexpensive coffee, overpriced snacks, or a cheap, and likely unhealthy lunch to the Ten Thousand Paths Distribution that handles over a half a billion deliveries a day. These organizations are the life source of Vaia.
Nutricia Conglomerate
Embedded in most of the highrise structures are a dozen floors dedicated to agriculture and livestock. In the rain district, entire buildings are covered and filled with drone maintained farms growing anything and everything. The livestock centers are bottom floor megastructures that serve to generate fertilizer, meats of dozens of different animals and a few specially raised delicacies.
Outside the outermost walls a thousand square miles of farmland, orchards, and naturalized forests where special game is hunted, the farther you wander from the metropolis, the more dangerous and valuable the wildlife.
Service Overview
The Nutricia serves the highest clientele with delicacies from samples collected then expertly curated from all over. Nutricia provides the cultivation of food for every single resident and visitor.
Products Overview
Any and every food item on the menu is nearly sourced from the Nutricia, while on the marketplace, they sell home gardening kits and small toy drones that take care of house plants
Culture
Boasting the largest workforce in all of Vaia, the Nutricia Conglomerate employs nearly Seventeen Million workers and owns nearly a Fifth of all real estate within the metropolis. The strong unions of the other companies struggle to negotiate compensation packages that the Zero Union Conglomerate offers, and maintains a razor edge against the competition. The vast majority of the employees of Nutricia are in the retirement ages, as they offer a slow comfortable pace for their farms custodians.
