The logistics, upkeep, and general survival of the Forty-Two million beings of the city are handled by these Eight massive companies. From Twelve to Twelve being on nearly every corner with a hot, inexpensive coffee, overpriced snacks, or a cheap, and likely unhealthy lunch to the Ten Thousand Paths Distribution that handles over a half a billion deliveries a day. These organizations are the life source of Vaia.
Moln Metals
Moln Metals works directly with manufacturers through liaisons well versed in contract authority through the Runscriptia. The easily recognizable letters that banner several towers MOLN are often acronymed for Maintenance, Operations, Leans, and Notices. Considered by many the place to go to hire skilled contract workers, find competent project managers, finance new opportunities, and also collect on debts.
While providing Adventures Guild like services and subcontractors, the public face of Moln is a structured financing provision. They offer credit loans in exchange for repayment or direct labor. They also work with Runscriptia directly to rehabilitate criminals through hard labor camps that are paid proper wages, boarding, and offer zero cost education. Violent criminals are pierced and often employed as hunters or soldiers, especially in instances when rehabilitation isn’t an option.

Moln Metals mines and refines raw materials. Their catalogue spans the stable elements, and some unstable ones to the right authority. Their compound labs work tirelessly to develop new materials for any and every purpose. Their driving motto being “The Only Competition is the Self” put them into a non-stagnant monopoly overtaking nearly all of their competitors.
