The Volunteer Moderata works tirelessly to set standards and educate apprentices, bringing them up to be masters. Boasting nearly a sixth of Vaia’s population, the Volunteer Moderata is the largest union in the metropolis.

The local hardware stores, trade centers, and many of the Moln Metals locations have Jargen Daily’s quote hanging on a bannister somewhere near the entrance, or hanging behind the counter. Anyone can find sign up sheets for the union at these locations. The majority of the schools offer classes directly from union members in design, architecture, construction code standards, ethics of craftsmanship, and project management. All directly bankrolled by the Emperor himself.
